Reviewed Braised Chicken Thighs with 40 Cloves of Garlic

I made this last night for dinner and I have to say it is a new family favorite! The aroma as it was cooking was incredible! The chicken thighs were crispy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside. I didn't have any marsala so I used dry sherry. Also, I am not a big fan of kale so I used baby spinach. Overall this is an amazing recipe!"
