Reviewed Orzo with Artichoke Pesto and Grilled Corn

I thought it was pretty good. I made it as a side dish for a cookout. I made a couple of additions for a more appealing look. I added diced red pepper and I sliced black canned olives. I also topped it with some fresh italian parselly. "Big Hit."

Reviewed Chicken Pot Pie

I wanted to make something comforting for the day of a game, this was it.... I used a bought pie crust that was in my freezer. I also added potatoes and mushrooms. The best was, I added a little white wine while sauteing the onions. which added a great flavor. What a hit. Our team lost but the dinner was a winner!!!!""

This was really a great holiday salad. I did kick it up a notch. I added diced pancetta & pomagranate seeds. I also used some of the pancetta fat in the salad dressing. I was told to double the recipe next time. Great job Giada.""

I absolutely loved this recipe. The only changes I made was to roast all the veggies including the tomatoes. I also tweeeeked it with 1/4 cup white wine. GREAT DISH!!!!!!!!!"
