Giada, I made this recipe when you first aired it probably 8 years ago. I have made it for family and friends and no bad reviews on my part. I have shared the recipe over many states either after someone has eaten it when I prepared it or when I have told someone about it. I used it this summer when the abundance of zucchini was in my garden. "

Paula, this is the recipe I have used for over 40 years. The only change I would suggest is adding almond flavor and a dash of salt (enhances the flavor)to the peaches and to the batter. I don't cook the peaches. They cook enough in the oven. I use the same batter and method for all kinds of fruits or berries. Ideally, cut back on the sugar. If p"
