I am woman who loves to cook. I have never been formally trained except by watching the food network. I love to figure out recipes for the food I love at my favorite restaurants. Still working on PF Changs filling for the chicken lettuce wraps. I love sauces. Nothing makes me happier than having my grandchildren help me while I am cooking. I love to cook and feel that it is such a great way to make memories when you are doing it with or for family and friends.
