Reviewed Chicken and Orzo Frittata

Aug 9, 2013 in Recipes on Cooking Channel

I tuned to the cooking channel this afternoon and Giada was making this. I made it several times in the past and it is very good. Another reviewer was correct; I found it a bit bland. Now I add some fresh parsley, and basil and a little dried oregano. Some grated parm doesn't hurt either. It is very good!"

I also seeded my cucumber. "

Just made this last week. It was great! I used dried chorizo sausage instead of the ham and did add some olives. The pasta was a nice addition."

This was fantastic! First time I made it with salmon -- I used the salmon in a foil pouch and it worked fine. I used it in a stuffed tomato. Next time I substituted lump crab for the salmon -- better yet. Next time I make the salad with crab, I will try it with Old Bay Seafood seasoning to replace the cayenne. What a simple summer dish. Well, I"
