After reading a lot of these comments I altered the recipe a bit. Instead of the 1 cup of Soy Sauce I only put in 1/2 cup and used the low sodium kind and added a bit more chili paste. I cooked at 500 degrees for 18 minutes and it turned out great. I did use the broiler for about 2 minutes to crisp up the crust because of the soggy issue. I will s"
