Reviewed Grilled Chicken with Dijon and Meyer Lemon
"So it was one of those off the wall rainy days in California when I wanted to make this...so I went indoors. I was ready to put the chicken on the grill pan when my husband reminded me that I always set off the smoke alarm when I grill indoors. So I coated the chicken with panko breadcrumbs and fried it up. Long story short, it was delicious. I love lemons and the tartness it gives so I used regular lemons and it was great.
