Reviewed Peanutty Somen Noodles with Shrimp

"I'm not sure I would have recommended to use Somen noodles with this recipe since the noodles are usually smaller than angel hair pasta. I probably would have recommended to use dried udon noodles which have a bit more substance and not risk breaking up the noodles too much with the tossing and so forth. Fresh udon although much more hefty would ""
