Reviewed Slow Cooked Korean-Style Short Rib Soup

Yummy! I cut down the recipe a bit, used Pad Thai noodles (at normal grocery store) so good. Needed a little extra spice at the end (added Chili oil on top), Jalepeno garnish (like pho) might be good to, but overall I am glad I finally tried this recipe that has been sitting in my saved recipe box for 3 years."

Reviewed Asparagus with Vin Santo Vinaigrette

I used a full bunch of Asparagus, (just for me, 1 Hard boiled egg, and used a couple leaves of Romaine instead of the butter lettuce as a base with the almond garnish. Made the dressing using a 2-buck-chuck Savignon Blanc instead of the dessert wine...still was yummy! (have also made w' white wine vinegar...still good) Eating this as a meal will...

It was beautiful, and pretty good. The only thing I would change is to either eliminate the cheese because the Mozzarella just doesn't seem to go very well, or change the cheese to something not as soft-Feta or Manchego maybe?
