Reviewed Creamy Roasted Tomato Soup with Grilled Fontina-Mushroom Sandwiches

This soup is AMAZING. I added turkey bacon to the sandwiches and baked them instead of grilling on the stove (375 for 10min).
instead of whipping cream, I used a cup of progresso cream of mushroom "recipe starters". very good recipe, my best soup yet!"

Pretty good recipe. I would hesitate to call it soup, it was more like really creamy mashed sweet potatoes, but it was still good (my 4 yr old son had 3 bowls! I think i may add this to one of my holiday meal menus.
My changes to the recipe: coconut flour instead of enriched, almond milk instead of reg milk, and I added 1TB of cracker...

This was really good. I make fish tacos probably twice a month so i was looking for a new recipe and this one did it. I had a little difficulty breading the fish, but i used almond meal instead of flour so that may have been the reason. in place of the mexican beer, i used Budweiser Black Crown because i am a budweiser guy. a really good recip"

this was my first go at searing tuna. I over cooked it slightly, but it was still amazing. The sauce is so good, one of the best i have ever had with tuna. Highly recommend trying out this recipe, makes for a delicious, light healthy meal. we paired ours with fresh broccoli."
