"Good, lots of flavor in the chicken. The recipe was a little confusing, you should cook the chicken 5 min. per side or a little longer when browing it and you cook it 20 minutes per side when lettign it simmer in the sauce. I ddin't buy all Goya products, which were hard to find in your typical grocer, I had to go to the local Mi Tiera for the Goy"

Reviewed Potato-Fennel Gratin
"This will be on my menu for every dinner party I host and every pot luck I must take a dish to. I have never had fennel before but it was delicious and added really good flavor to the potatoes. The only thing I was unsure of was the use of heavy whipping cream, the recipe calls for heavy cream, I used the heavy whipping cream and it tasted delicious! My dinner date loved this so much he wanted me to bring the leftovers to him and to make for our next date. Thanks Barefoot Contessa, I have always been a fan of your show and your dishes always looked yummy.
"This was extremely easy to make! It took a while for me to find a pot roast so make sure you have enough time before your dinner party to choose a really nice piece of meat. The sauce was a little thinner than I would prefer but it could be that I missed the step of skimming the extra fat from the top before blending the vegetables together. My dinner guest enjoyed this dish so much he had 3 servings.
