Reviewed Quinoa Stuffed Poblano Peppers

"What a yummy recipe! I cooked my quinoa in chicken both, added corn, cumin and oregano to the filling. One of the reviewers suggested to roast the peppers before stuffing. I roasted the peppers for 15 minutes at 425. Allowed then to cool and peeled off the skins. They were soft and easy to add the filling. Baked for 20 minutes covered and 10 m"

Only suggestion I would make is the time is off for the green beans, if you like them cooked somewhat turn the heat up to medium and cook for about 15 minutes. Really cooked beans about 25 minutes.
