My Activity
Reviewed Indonesian Ginger Chicken
"I have made this twice and it was a huge hit. I use a chicken roaster both times and it soaked up the marinade like a sponge. This is a very simple but favorful meal. A can't miss.
Reviewed Basil and Tomato Green Beans
"I made this dish for my church dinner. Everyone loved them. I wife loved them for the spice, a teaspoon of red pepper goes a long way. I did forget to add the tomatoes but it still turn out well.
Reviewed Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
"I mashed this dish for church and it turned out great. It was so easy too. I mean you just boil your potatoes mix with cream and butter and mash. This was my first time making mashed potatoes and people at my church thought they were fantastic. I used minced garlic jared in olive oil instead of roasting the garlic myself. Great Job Pat & G!
Reviewed Pot Roast
"I made this for my church dinner and it was a great big hit!!. I actually cooked it well done but it was still juicy. I did notice that some people were saying that searing the meat produced alot of smoke. Well, it is suppose to do that, the difference is that Chefs like Alton have real hoods in their kitchens that pulls all that smoke up and out. I just opened some windows and turned on a fan before I got started and I was good. Oh one thing, I forgot to get tomato juice, so I use my immersion blender on 2 medium sized tomatoes, added some salt and pepper and I was rocking.
