"I cannot agree about the flavor of the "sauce". It was soupy and I tried adding tomato paste, oregano, Italian spice and red wine to no avail. Sorry, but this recipe needs a lot of work. The meatballs were fine. "

"This is the first stuffing not cooked in the bird that I have ever liked. Absolutely delicious. I used a sage breakfast sausage and white bread stuffing because that was all I had in my pantry. It's moist for once, has tons of flavor and was a real hit along side your recipe for roast chicken.
