Quite honestly, I make this in a MUCH simpler way and it always gets people raving. I omit the spinach and just do bacon and swiss. I buy the oscar meyer precooked bacon and cut it in little pieces and then just stir it all together in a bowl with the eggs, whipping cream, cheese, salt and pepper and pour it into the crust. You can't go wrong!! So"

I just made this with a cinnamon cake, soooo yummy. If your not a huge ginger fan, exchange the gingersnaps for nilla wafers, crush up some heath bars on top...mmmmm""

This is a go-to recipe in our house. It's great as is, but I make a couple changes using half plain bread crumbs and half panko crumbs-italian style. Awesome Awesome!!
