Reviewed Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

"These are really good! Will be testing them out on the family tmrw on thanksgiving. Ive only used it with the generic brands of peanut butter like jiff or skippy etc and they still come out really good and peanutbuttery. I bet its even better with a more natural peanutbutter. I also suggest baking them for a little less time so the bottom does"

Reviewed Scalloped Potato Gratin

"YUM!!!!! Could not stop eating these no matter how full I was. My mom, nana, and brother all loved this too. I used a little more than half a cup of parm overall. I also added cheddar cheese to each layer. Cooked it for half hour covered (with one corner of the foil slightly open) and then finished if off another half hour uncovered. The potatoes were cooked perfectly. Not too hard, not too mushy. Everyone is right, the crispy top was awesome! Next time will add more cheese to the top and broil like mentioned in the recipe to get even more cripsy pieces. Will be keeping this recipe."
