Reviewed Mu Shu Chicken
"Winner, winner mu shu chicken dinner! OMG, Guy the scallion pancakes alone were worth this dish. I didn't have rice flour so used AP and I added the scallions to the batter instead of dropping them in. I buy an awesome hoisin from my local asian store so this recipe is a winner. So glad I watched you this morning. "
Reviewed Steak with Bernaise
"I followed the directions and the sauce is very thin and not the consistently I like. Love Ina but with this recipe I wasted two sticks of butter and 3 egg yolks. Should have cooked the sauce the classic way. "
Reviewed Beef with Snow Peas
"This was very good . . . lots of flavor."
Reviewed Chicken Florentine Pasta
"Easy and hearty dish when you cook the pound of pasta BUT it lacked a bit of flavor. Needed a bit more than just the garlic and grated cheese. "

Sorry but I won'""

"I really enjoyed this dish and it was quick and easy provided you have all the ingredients and I almost did. I substituted bacon for the pancetta and half/half for the heavy whipping cream and it was still delicious!
I would watch how long though you heat up the pork chops in the sauce. I used center cut thin chops bone- in the middle and a""
Reviewed Classic Hot Wings
"They looked really good on TV but deep frying them only to turn around and pour sauce over them and in the oven was a waste of frying. They should have been laid out individually on a baking sheet to stay crisp and only brushed with the sauces. I also did not like the worchester sauce in the hot sauce.
I wasted oil, time and calories. I wa""
