“Really easy recipe. We bought a portion of a cow and have TONS of ground beef to use up. I saw Trisha make this on her show so did the same method of making two hand formed loafs on a sheet pan (not a loaf pan). Important to remove them from the pan after cooking. “I had the same problem with the peanut sauce and fixed it perfect! At 7:30pm on a school night with hungry kids, I didn't have time to start over and knew they wouldn't eat the super thick unattractive sauce either. I put the sauce in the food processor and poured in very hot water while pulsing the processor. It came out so good and my kids LOVED"”

“This is (hands down our favorite lasagna. I don't even bother ordering lasagna at restaurants anymore because I know mine will always be better.
Ina's recipes are fantastic. Plus this recipe is fairly forgiving. You can substitute jar marinara for the can tomatoes, chicken sausage for turkey, hot for sweet, no bake noodles, etc.
