Reviewed Mascarpone Chocolate Toffee Bars

These were amazing. I've been wanting to make them for a long time and just got around to it. I didn't have almonds, I used pine nuts, and toasted them as you would the almonds. I love the velvety texture the mascarpone cheese gave the chocolate. No wonder Giada likes to use Mascarpone so much.. I'll be bringing these to the next office lun...
