Reviewed Sauteed Kale

Super easy and delicious! My usual prep. is bring 6c. h2o, 6 cl. garlic, 1/2c. olive oil, 2-3 T. lemon juice & 1T. salt to a boil in a braising pan on high. Add 1# kale (collards, chard, rappi are good too). Cover and cook 5-30 mn.(depending on greens). A little soupy---very good. Parmeson cheese sprinkled on top is a nice touch."
