"These are great. A note tho. When you shred then drain you will notice they look gray. Rinse in water and drain once with a salad spinner then dry with towel. They also freeze well so I shred a months worth then toss them in a zip top bag and freeze. Also, freeze in a small layer so they break apart easily later.""
