Reviewed Pumpkin Cupcakes
"I followed the exact recipe and the batter was SO thick for my first batch. When they cooked they were sticky in the middle and hard at the top. So for the second patch I added quite a bit more puree. They turned out perfectly. I made cupcakes and iced them with some store bought cream cheese icing mixed with 1/4 tsp of cinnamon and 1 tsp of the leftover puree. Delcious!
