"This is a definite keeper! My husband seemed less than enthusiastic about chocolate spiced pork chops, but he ended up enjoying them immensely! I had everything in the pantry, so I only had to buy pork chops to make this recipe. I have never had a problem with dry pork as long as I can get a good sear on them, and this was no exception. They looked picture perfect once I got them seared (I seared for about 3-4 minutes on each side). I don't have an oven-proof skillet, so I transferred my chops to a baking dish and cooked for 12-15 minutes in the oven. I am not a huge pork fan, so I am looking forward to trying this on other meats. I am thinking about trying this out on a pork tenderloin so I can serve it to company. This recipe is definitely going in my book of favorite recipes.
