My Activity

Reviewed White Bean and Cilantro Dip with Toasted Pita Chips

"FABULOUS! Well, it was fabulous when I added more lemon. =) I didn't have any sour cream, just left it out and didn't miss it. And it's just as good with navy beans, which are easier to find. THis is a new regular in our rotation of dips and sandwich spreads!"

Reviewed Real Biscuits from Scratch

"Great! Only change I made was to add only 1 cup of liquid, as suggested by another reviewer, so they weren't too sticky to roll out. Don't be afraid to pat them into a square and make nine square biscuits, no cutters and no pressing scraps together!"

Reviewed Cold Sesame Noodles

"Really good. I used 2T sesame oil to toss in initially (use 2 big forks or your fingers), 2 more T in the sauce and 2 T canola oil for the sautee. 6 tablespoons total oil was plenty and the toasted sesame flavor was perfect. I wish I could have used all the chili, but had to keep it tame for my 5 year old. =) Will add more to my bowl."
