Reviewed Red Meat Chili: Carne Chili Colorado

"I thought this was very good and everybody in my family enjoyed it. The recipe makes plenty of sauce and I was able to use two tri-tip roasts. I seared them on the grill and slipped them into the sauce to braise. It's the chili that makes it authentic. Toast them first before seeding and adding them to the blender. Good stuff. "
