I've been using this recipe for 5 years now and every winter when I was in college in the NC mountians, I would make it when we were snowed in with power. I tried it by what Rachel Ray put, but I prefer to use chicken breasts from the meat department. I also tried the jiffy mix dumplings but a roommate suggest getting frozen biscuits because the "
