Reviewed Pumpkin Banana Mousse Tart
"I am going to make it tonight. However, I am a bit concerned. The recipe calls for unflavored gelatin. My boyfriend does not eat pork and most gelatin products contain pork in them. So, in my research I have found that arrowroot serves the same purpose as unflavored gelatin. My understanding is that the gelatin makes it set so it is required. Will using arrowroot affect the recipe?
