About Me

 

I am a collage student and I don't really have so much of free time to myself. But when I do, I put on my Ipod and run out for a jog. I then return and head to my temple- my kitchen where I whip up some yummy and sinfull dishes for myself and my roomate.
I love to cook and love absolutely everything related to it. I can spend hours and hours in my kitchen whipping up something or another. I am obsessed with cooking. And I mean SERIOUSLY obsessed.


Instead of watching movies and other shows, I end up watching cookery shows and find my self transfixed at the recipies there. This annoys my roomate so much. But we usually draw up a truce right before our stomachs begin to grumble in protests.
Since I was a little girl, I used to spend hours watching my mother and grandmother cook in the kitchen. The moment I returned from playing with my friends, I used to run straight to the kitchen following the trail of delicious and diverse smells. Now, I want to be in the same league as them. And so, I cook.

Favorite Foods

I absolutely adore Italian food. I have been eating pasta since I can remember. I love it. It is also my signature and most used ingredient. I absolutly adore it. If pasta was alive, I would marry it in a heart beat.

My dishes are famous for an array of different flavour. They are never lacking in that and are never bland. I love experimenting with herbs and their flavours.

I actually love fine dinning resteraunts but find them a bit borring and slow. So, I end up eating at fast food joints like Burger King and McDonals which are economic and filled with excitement.
