I am giving a gift baskets of rubs to the men this Holiday. Since I already had a rather Hot rub (buffalo-style), I followed another reviewer's suggestion, and replaced the cayenne with Smoked totally Rocks! This recipe is a keeper!

Easy to make although I didn't get the onions to carmelize if that means brown, but I was worried about burning them and they were VERY juicy. There was alot of liquid to ccok off.
