"This is always a hit at all my dinner parties and even at home to spice up a dinner. Sometimes I trade bacon for pancetta, and both are fabulous! Also to panther1coach_1824082, I've cooked then reheated, but it's slightly better if you have a toaster oven to warm them up on the lowest toast setting, and only til they are warm, not til it beeps. ""
