"I have to admit, it's a completely different Pho than what I am used to. Growing up, we always had the beef version (best tasting in my personal opinion. This one was different, but it also helped my picky husband see what can possibly go into Pho. Guess I'll just have the spend the hours like my mom showed me to get the same taste... LOL.""
