Was tasty - but took way more than 20 minutes to prep - unless you have a sous chef choping everything beforehand. Also I would add more oregano to the lamb and more mint to the tzaski. Delcious but I also think you could save mega bucks by cutting the lamb in half and adding ground chicken. Very tasty overall! Thanks Jeff!""
