Reviewed Pumpkin Cheesecake

"I used crushed gingersnap cookies and added the pecans to that for the crust. Also, baked it for 1 hr 15 min and it turned out perfect! Instead of the caramel sauce, I added more of the gingersnap cookie mixture to the top and then covered it with whipped cream and then more of the cookie mixture. So very good!
