I've tried this with both chicken breasts and beef and it is just awesome. I did however make a few changes to the sauce the second time. I added red wine to the bottom of the pan before roasting to keep the drippings from getting a burnt flavor and I also added about 2 Tbs of honey to the sauce to make it sweeter.
