This is the second time I have made this recipe and it has been a hit both times, even my 4 yr old love it!!!! My only note is that I had to double all the times for reducing. When she chooks it on the show she is only cooking two breasts, not four. Other than that it is a fabulous recipe looks and tastes special but is super easy!"

I had no problem with this recipe. I only toasted the oats for 15 minutes and used dried cherries instead of raisins, but I absolutely love them. I will never make oatmeal cookies with regular ap flour again."

These are the best caramels I have ever had and I can't believe that I made them. There is definitely a burnt sugar taste to the caramels but that it the point to the episode and the recipe. Very lemony. But mine formed a crust on top too and I mixed it by hand. I was not sure if my lemon bars were actually cooked through because of the crust. My filling did sit for awhile before I filled the crust because I made it while the crust was cooking. Next time I will wait to make the filling until after the crust has completely cooled."
