Reviewed Vegetarian Ribollita

"I want to give it three stars, but I'll give 4 because I didn't cook it to a "t" even though I'm pretty good at making things up on the fly (I forgot to buy extra stock and only had 2/3 of what the recipe called for, so I added a bit of water and spiced it up with oregano, basil, garlic, etc.), and also because it was way better as leftovers. Reviewed Fettucine Alfredo

"Just OK unfortunately... I liked it mostly for the fact that it felt a lot lighter/healthier than anything out of a container or jar. But at the same time I wanted it to be creamier and fattier. I mean it's alfredo! Also, was really bad as leftovers. There was so much oil at the bottom. I don't know, must have been from the cheese (I admit I put e"

Reviewed Chicken Pot Pie

"YUMMMMMMM!!!!!!!

So good. Made it exactly as stated. The only thing I will do next time is add in some potatoes and celery and take out some peas.

Also, one trick: while you're getting the meat off the chicken bones and your chicken stock is heating up, you can toss in the chicken bones you're finished with to add some flavor (especially if you're using store bought). Yum.

And THE PREP TIME IS WAY UNDERSTATED. Expect to spend a while on this recipe. Also my breasts took well over the time mentioned to roast. They were big though.

Anyways great recipe thanks so much Ina!

Reviewed Coffee Liqueur Ice Cream Pie

"Yum! My pie took longer than 3 hours and then 1 hour to freeze, but man that was good! I also used Breyer's Coffee icecream as someone below did. And I couldn't find chocolate wafers without cream (although there wasn't much cream), and the crust turned out fine. 5 stars for Guy.

Reviewed Banana Bread

"Very good! Wish it had been slightly more moist. I followed the recipe exactly, so maybe next time I'll follow advice from below. Maybe 1/2 cup of apple sauce. But the flavor is all there! And I used veryyy brown bananas. Don't be afraid to get rid of old bananas with this recipe, it tasted great!

Reviewed Zucchini Bread

"I have never had zucchini bread before, but this was great! Love the cinnamon and nutmeg flavor. Couldn't taste the zucchini very much, so if you're looking for that, you should probably add more zucchini. And the AMAZING crunchiness on the outside that everyone is raving about, it goes away after a day. So eat it/bake it the day of! Or live without the crunch, it's still great.
