"I made this for my girlfriend and her brother when he came over. I wasn't so sure about it, because I've never made oven roast before, but this turned out perfectly! The flavors are so...delicious. I did not puree the vegetables, and served it all over truffled mashed potatoes. It was definitely a winner.
