Reviewed Coconut Curry Shrimp
"This was quick and easy. I added just a little sugar to the sauce. I also added a bit of corn starch to thicken up the sauce before adding the shrimp. I served it with mashed potatoes that were seasoned with sour cream and chives.
I'm going to try this next time with chicken instead of shrimp.
To the reviewer that got a bitter after taste, you may have used too much curry for your taste. If you make it again, add curry a little at a time and taste as you go until it's to your liking.
I am an ok cook. I can follow a recipe and I'm learning to adjust them to fit my taste. I love watching cooking shows. Now I'm learning new techniques and improving my cooking abilities by trying out new recipes and techniques I see on the cooking shows and find on the internet.
