This recipe was easy but time consuming. My 21 year old son watched the show and wanted me to try the recipe. I surprised my husband and son with it when they came home from fishing. Everybody loved it and also the garlic bread recipe. Definitely a keeper."

Reviewed Blackened Tilapia Sandwich with Cilantro Lime Mayonnaise

I love this recipe not as a sandwich but in fish tacos. I just add more lemon or lime juice to make the mayo into a sauce. I use pico de gallo as a relish and serve it in southwest flour tortillas. My family loves it."
