Reviewed Paula's Loaded Oatmeal Cookies
"Super good, the icing is definitely worth a few minutes extra effort. I lost track of how many this made, but probably more like 9 dozen using a standard cookie scoop, and there was plenty of icing for the whole big old batch. They seem to taste better the next day and stay nice and chewy.
