Reviewed Good Eats Roast Turkey

It was good but not the best turkey I've ever had. We normally use a roasting bag anyway which keeps the bird moist so it wasn't really any different brining the bird for 6 hours before bagging it. The aromatics definitely infused some flavor though. The store bought vegetable stock doesn't have a nice aroma at all so I was a little worried about "
