This was a big hit at work! It was great! When I first started to make it, I didn't have the poblano peppers and was going to skip, but decided to wait until I could get them - glad I did!

It was a bit messy transporting (or my baking dish was too shallow)!

Reviewed salmon cakes with salad

I tried to use grilled salmon and had trouble getting the patties to stick together (even left in freezer longer). I finally got two servings (all I needed at first) by using one of those rings to hold eggs in place on the griddle. I don't know if I used too much salmon with the grilled versus can. Hmmm.. Great flavor though!

Reviewed coca-cola barbeque sauce

Great tasty sauce. I was on a mission to make a "Jack and Coke" sauce and found this recipe. So, I added 1/4 cup of Gentleman Jack and about 2 TBS of molasses. It was great to serve at the table with smoked brisket.

If I was going to use on the grill, I'd probably do as a few others did and thicken with cornstarch.

Based upon the other reviews, I made (about 1/2 of what she called for of Ina Garten's pot pie filling - with onions, parsley, and the carrots (using the stock made from the chicken preperation in Paula's recipe. I layered it in as another layer in the rotation and did everything else like Paula Deen suggested. It turned out great! It does make "
