Reviewed Roasted Tomato Basil Soup

I modified my soup by combining equal parts roasted red peppers and tomatoes, used freeze dried basil (due to availability) and made it a bit spicier, but based it off this recipe. I really liked the fact that the tomatoes were roasted and it required no heavy cream.

1.5 lb roasted plum tomatoes
1.5 lb roasted red pepper
