Yuck. Way too heavy and greasy. The time and labor to make this was NOT worth it. The butter separated and pooled on top. When we ate it while it was still warm the grease was impossible to stir in. After cooling overnight in the fridge the butter had formed a hard layer on the top and was more edible, but it's still basically eating plain butter."
