Absolutely delicious! The sauce for this dish could be used with many other Italian recipes. I followed the recipe exactly for this. The only change I may try next time would be to only use 1 teaspoon of sugar.

Another five star recipe for Giada - she really never disappoints. This was so fast and easy to make - perfect weeknight meal paired with some bread and salad. Next time I will use less thyme, but that is how I always am with thyme, I go light on that ingredient.

Instead of refrigerated pie crust that you had to cut out with a cookie cutter, I used Pillsbury Crescent Recipe Creations, Seamless Dough Sheet where the dough was already pre cut. I do recommend serving these hot out of the oven as they do not taste as good when they have had time to cool."
