"This is my new favorite pie! The first time I made it, I let it freeze for about two or three hours and then cut into it. My first impression was just meh. . . it seemed soopy and runny. "It was. . . okay. had decent flavor but seemed like it was missing something. it was for two people when i made it, and it seemed like the noodles overpowered the shrimp and there really was not much in between. maybe adding brocolli would help? shrimp was delicious though
