Reviewed Bourbon Pecan Pie: aka Douglas' Dark Rum Pecan Pie
"Yummy stuff, but cook for about 35 minutes rather than 25 and unless you really want a strong bourbon flavor--I found that 2 tablespoons overpowered the other flavors--reduce the amount to 1 tablespoon. Also, this recipe doesn't call for chocolate, but when she made this on the show she added a small amount of baking chocolate. Delicious!
