"Excellent! Improvised a little by adding real bacon bits to potatoes. Also addded leftover bits of cheese in the frig, pepper jack and shredded parmasan and topped with shredded cheddar. Will make this again and try the diced green chiles as someone suggested. Quick and Easy! ;)""
