Delicious and tender. I made these for Father's Day. Reduced the salt by half. Cooked, in a covered foil pan on the gas grill, with indirect heat @ 250 degrees for 3 hours, then finished them off over direct heat until nice and caramelized. We will try the braising liquid next time."”
