Reviewed Meatballs a la Pizzaiola

I have made this recipe three times to rave reviews of family and friends. The only challenge I faced was keeping the meatballs together. The last time I cooked this I made a change to the recipe and added 1 egg and 1/2 cup of bread crumbs. It changed the consistency and made it easier for the meat to bind together.
